I purchased a new mattress from Justin at Factory Direct recently and was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise as well as customer service. I can not recommend him enough!

This place is absolutely amazing! The environment is quaint, calm, no pressure and Justin has all the info you need to pick the best mattress for you! It’s a family owned business and they are one of the best families! It’s also by appointment only which means you get to shop at your own pace and don’t have to wait in line for anything!

Not only do we love being able to support a locally owned business, but we love and truly appreciate the fact that the DeMoss family go above and beyond to help their customers out. We had a great experience shopping for a mattress. I would highly recommend anyone who is wanting to purchase a new mattress, to go in and see Justin at Factory Direct Mattress. He listened to what we were looking for and explained the pros and cons of the mattresses as we tried them out. His knowledge on mattresses was great! My wife and I left feeling confident in the decision that we made!

Our beds come from the same factories that build for the big name brands. Most of our beds are built right here in Oklahoma City! We have private label deals with them that give you high quality options without the high prices of name brands. Similar to Kirkland brand at Costco. We also stand by our mattresses with long warranties. Nearly all are 10 years or longer.

Our prices are so much lower than Mattress Firm, Mathis Sleep Center, Ashley, etc. because 1) We are part of a national buying group making private label mattresses with better foams, coils, and materials, 2) Because there is no "brand" you don't pay for the multimillion dollar ad budget and corporate profits, 3) No sales commissions = no pressure buying experience, 4) by appointment = lower overhead and the list goes on!
