My daughter is a new resident at Copper Beech. The leasing process started off very shaky due to an almost complete turnover of staff and misinformation ( regarding apartment assignment, move-in dates, etc) being given by the prior staff. In stepped Owen, the leasing Director, to take charge of the situation. Owen has been extremely helpful during the move-in process, and has put forth tremendous effort to resolve our issues in a positive and timely manner He has been accessible when needed, and communicates effectively. Much appreciated!!! Owen deserves a 5+ star rating!!!

Great place to stay, apartments are very spacious, sad they are moving to student only, would have loved to stay a year or two after graduating.

The apartments are gigantic!!! And staff is pretty amazing. Owen is so fun and easy to talk to.

I have lived at Copper for about 2 years now and the experience has been amazing! From the big, spacious bedrooms to the wonderful amenities this place is great. The front office staff are super helpful and friendly as well, especially Tabatha! She answers any questions you may have and addresses any concerns you may have.

I went to tour this place and it was great! The front office staff were very nice and helpful. My mom came with me and she spoke to one of the managers Tabatha who made sure to assure all of her worries as a parent and she even printed off floor plans for us!
Q:How many shootings and robberies have been there this year? I keep getting eagle alerts about this place!
